These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
For the avoidance of doubt, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan are not the governing law of this agreement, and nothing herein should be interpreted as any representation that these Terms or the Services are compliant with Pakistani law. Players access the Platform subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction at their own risk.
